The Goals:
In Girl Scouting, "program" refers to everything that the girls do. They are the activities that leaders and other adults plan and conduct with girls. The program is guided by the Council Goals which are also called Goals for Girls. They describe how each girl benefits and grows as a rusult of her involvement in Girl Scouting. All program activities and efforts with the girls should focus on one or more of these goals. There are four Primary goals, with expectations describing what those goals look like within the Girl Scout program.
